Starting a medical coding career today is a popular choice. The medical coding industry is thriving with the Baby Boomer generation approaching retirement, technology advancing rapidly and medical breakthroughs happening more frequently than ever. As a result, the US Bureau of Labor and Statistics is predicting a 28.8% increase in healthcare support occupations. Whether you’re looking to start your new coding career or get a fresh start as an established coder the question remains, where can I find the best coding opportunities? The criteria we used for choosing the best cities for medical coders included, demand for Certified Professional Coders, total jobs in health care, average hourly wages for Certified Professional Coders, economic powerhouses-where positive growth and unemployment outpace the national average, and cities with a solid history of improving their medical infrastructure. On a smaller scale, we factored in climate, crime and annual household income too. 1.Dallas, Texas At the top of our list sits Dallas, a city that has more open coding jobs than anywhere in the US. Despite this abundance of coding jobs, only 1 in 7 of those positions are filled. This surplus of coding jobs and lack of Certified Professional Coders, makes a strong demand for the occupation, driving up hourly wages higher than national averages. The Dallas-Fort Worth area has a population of over 7 million people offering an interesting mix of Texas Pride and trendy retail shopping. It is still one of the fastest-growing cities in America and a $6 billion dollar healthcare building boom over the last 3 years has helped boost their economic growth. Texas has one of the lowest unemployment rates and some of the most affordable real estate in the country. Dallas can be a great place for medical coders to settle down. 2. Jacksonville, Florida With so many baby boomers ending their careers, it won’t come as a surprise that a state with as many retirees as Florida has plenty of medical coding opportunities. There is also the fact that in 2017 the city had a major population boom, growing to 1.6 million residents in the metro area. With a growing population comes a growing need for medical codes. 3. Chapel Hill, North Carolina It’s home to the “Research Triangle,” a region that includes Duke, North Carolina State, and the University of North Carolina. These colleges make for a huge population of doctors that call Chapel Hill home and create enormous demand for medical coders. Chapel Hill has a high concentration of medical coding jobs, at 5 positions per every 1,000,well above any other city. 4. Denver, Colorado The average hourly wage for a medical coder in Denver is $22 and coders in this city report some of the highest statistics when it comes to overall job satisfaction. The city also has several employment programs including The Health Care and Social Assistance program, which can be attractive to entry level medical coders because it helps find sustainable and secure employment. 5. San Francisco, California The Bay Area has became famous for its tech industry, but healthcare employs an equal amount of labor to San Fran’s economy. High housing costs may make a move to San Francisco seem overwhelming, but plenty of medical coding job opportunities are available. They have a high demand for only “certified” coders and salaries higher than the most cities averaging $55,025 or $26/hr. A vibrant urban environment makes the Bay City a great market for younger medical coding jobseekers. 6. Nashville, Tennessee The healthcare industry is Nashville’s largest and fastest growing employer, bringing in over 250,000 jobs to the area annually. It’s estimated that by 2022, 1 in 11 new jobs in Tennessee will be in health care. The largest employers for medical coders are Nashville General Hospital and Vanderbilt Medical Center. 7. Houston, Texas Houston has a slightly lower average salary ($43,039 & $21/hr) for medical coders than other cities on our list but it’s still %3 higher than the national average. Houston also has the lowest cost of living on the list making the lower pay more valuable.

You should really do your research before you get into using a web design service. How can we be an asset to your business? Okay, I don't know if you have used a web design services. Most are no good, to be truthful. WE have been here for over 8 years. It doesn't matter what kind of company you have, you need a nice website. Of course, if you have a construction company, you're going to need a website. Of course you don't want to go back to school. Web design and web development are definitely not the same thing. Don't fall into the trap! Don't believe a company that says they do it all...web design and development. This is great! Finally, you're getting the answer to your question about what to do with your ecommerce website. You need to get your shopping cart streamlined to go directly to your accounting department, etc. You need a company that is going to take action toward you web project. In my experience, when people say they're looking for web design, they MEAN to say they want a web development firm. That's what we are, web development. We take care of the coding and functionality of your web site. We partner up with only the BEST (top rated)

I want to know how to become a freelance programmer. The first thing you need to learn is at least one programming language. While there are apps to help you make other apps, that’s rarely going to get you a job, unless you work for those companies to help those who cannot even use the app to make an app. I’ve learned more than one programming language. Hopefully more than HTML and JavaScript, though you can get some basic freelance projects with that. If you want to become a freelance programmer, you’ll need a portfolio too. I thought a laundry list of programming languages would be enough. If you say you know PHP, you need to be able to do more than build Word Press plug-ins, unless that’s all you’re going to offer. In order to sell your talents, you need to demonstrate them. That’s rather hard when so many people rely on their resume to do so. I’m not sure being laid off from a failed tech startup is better than being pure freelance, but you are competing with some of them. However, your portfolio is going to be the proof you can do more than quote the book on that particular language. What portfolio are you talking about? It might be a web page you create with shopping carts and interactive calculators or free online games on a website or a list of apps on the App Store that someone can check out to see what you can really do. So you’re saying I need the digital equivalent of an artist’s printed out portfolio to show to potential clients. And creating apps for the App Store or Google Android that meet someone’s needs will generate income for you too. Assuming they pay to download it. That’s why you might build in monetization with purchases of extra lives or bonus levels. Candy Crush made a billion dollars doing that. And most apps do not even make the seven to ten thousand dollars worth of time, licensing and fees it cost to make and place. So make a few apps that are free or cheap, or get paid by someone else who sees the need for the app, so you get paid whether or not other people pay for the app. What else can I do to become a freelance programmer? Start on various gig sites offering low cost services with a caveat that they have to give you a review on that site, so your score rises to the point that you are eligible for higher paying tasks. I suppose that’s better than working for free hoping to sell some apps. The other benefit of working through gig sites is you have the ability to lean on the gig hosting site to help you get paid if the client does not pay, whereas you have little hope if a guy won't pay you if you work with him directly.

Python Programming Language: What can you do with Python? Get discount here: https://ecoursereview.com/python Read article: https://ecoursereview.com/fun-python-project-what-can-you-do-with-python/ As a general purpose programming language, Python can be used for multiple things. Python can be easily used for small, large, online and offline projects. The best options for utilizing Python are web development, simple scripting and data analysis. Below are a few examples of what Python will let you do: Web Development: You can use Python to create web applications on many levels of complexity. There are many excellent Python web frameworks including, Pyramid, Django and Flask, to name a few. Data Analysis: Python is the leading language of choice for many data scientists. Python has grown in popularity, within this field, due to its excellent libraries including; NumPy and Pandas and its superb libraries for data visualization like Matplotlib and Seaborn. Machine Learning: What if you could predict customer satisfaction or analyze what factors will affect household pricing or to predict stocks over the next few days, based on previous years data? There are many wonderful libraries implementing machine learning algorithms such as Scikit-Learn, NLTK and TensorFlow. Computer Vision: You can do many interesting things such as Face detection, Color detection while using Opencv and Python. Internet Of Things With Raspberry Pi: Raspberry Pi is a very tiny and affordable computer which was developed for education and has gained enormous popularity among hobbyists with do-it-yourself hardware and automation. You can even build a robot and automate your entire home. Raspberry Pi can be used as the brain for your robot in order to perform various actions and/or react to the environment. The coding on a Raspberry Pi can be performed using Python. The Possibilities are endless! Game Development: Create a video game using module Pygame. Basically, you use Python to write the logic of the game. PyGame applications can run on Android devices. Web Scraping: If you need to grab data from a website but the site does not have an API to expose data, use Python to scraping data. Writing Scripts: If you're doing something manually and want to automate repetitive stuff, such as emails, it's not difficult to automate once you know the basics of this language. Browser Automation: Perform some neat things such as opening a browser and posting a Facebook status, you can do it with Selenium with Python. GUI Development: Build a GUI application (desktop app) using Python modules Tkinter, PyQt to support it. Rapid Prototyping: Python has libraries for just about everything. Use it to quickly built a (lower-performance, often less powerful) prototype. Python is also great for validating ideas or products for established companies and start-ups alike. Python can be used in so many different projects. If you're a programmer looking for a new language, you want one that is growing in popularity. As a newcomer to programming, Python is the perfect choice for learning quickly and easily. Python offers a stepping stone into the world of programming. --- What Can You Do With Python? https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=hxGB7LU4i1I --- Search terms: What can I do with Python python programming language for beginners python tutorial for beginners learn python scripting learn to code python learn python fast why you should learn python programming how to learn python learn python from scratch how to learn python for beginners learn python online best way to learn python Python programming for beginners #PythonCourse #learnpython --- Follow us on Facebook: https://www.facebook.com/EcourseReviews Twitter: https://twitter.com/EcourseReviews G+: https://plus.google.com/+Ecoursereview/posts Website: https://ecoursereview.com/

Okay, not exactly showing you how we'll solve your web project problems... This one is just a funny little question that we were asking the CEO of the best web development shop in the US. We usually look for marketing execs who are responsible for the company website and have maybe not made the best choice of website builder. Of course, usually web designers are NOT scamsters, but... Do you want to get the best possible service for your website? We don't go over budget here. We'll get your website done within the budget we set. We will get your web project done right the first time. We'll get it done ON TIME Have you tracked and tested what your ecommerce website is doing for your company?
